The Sussex MAD (mums and dads) team members managed to organise a fund raiser for Ben Lunds family and raised £650.

We helped out with some training for the Peewee team and lessons and skate hire for the public, people made donations to the fund for our lessons.

Coast Bladers also demonstrated one of their routines from the Skate Nation series.

Dan Hanson and Max Freeman DJ’d the roller disco again with all proceeds going to the fund. There was even a little time for a Skate dancercise tryout!

All in all a great fund raiser, all washed down with copious cakes, drinks etc. Face painting … quite a mini festival.
