Group photo - Eastbourne Skate Lesson - HDI Flow grace and Tricks

Nick Mallinson started Eastbourne’s toughest skate lesson with a detailed review and break down of the elementary steps in artistic and dance skating, building steadily to combination moves and a number of quick steps and the 3 jump.

Tim Wheals continued the them of linked moves finishing off with a detailed breakdown of the Heel and Toe reversal, Pivot and finally Grapevine.

Max Freeman then demonstrated several slalom moves, including X, grapevine and then finished off with a very impressive and well received demo!

Excellent feedback from all that attended - we can barely wait for the next one.

Skate Lisa at Eastbourne Skate Dancercise! Review

Firstly a big thank you to Lisa, taking the time to travel down and help us with our weekly class. Her visit had people quite excited for weeks before the big day - and rightly so, she got us of to a cracking start!

Eastbourne Skate Dancercise - before we get started!

We started with a demo of the Shinewater shuffle, which gave Lisa an idea of the level and abilities of the class. Then it was time for her to take over - and she wasted no time, we soon had our marching orders!
